Mangalore Buns
This week I will be blogging about regional recipes
and my chosen region is Karnataka. Mangalore buns is a type of fried bun which
is mildly sweetish and is paired with coconut chutney.
INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Grind it
along with the sugar into a fine paste.

Now add the banana puree and slowly mix it. Ad the ¼

Cover it loosely and let it rest for 3-4 hours
