Air fried crispy eggplant slices

 This week the theme is Eggplant dishes. A vegetable
not much liked by my daughter but others at home love this. Made the regular
fried eggplant but in a healthier way. Thanks to my air fryer, these dishes get
cooked very fast and with negligible oil it is so tasty and healthy too.

INGREDIENTS
Large
eggplant
1
Chilli
powder
1tsp
or more
Turmeric
powder
1/8th
tsp
Salt
to
taste
Oil
1tsp

 
PREPARATION
Slice the eggplant into thin slices
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl
Toss the sliced eggplant in it , so that the masala
coats all over the eggplant
Now preheat the air fryer at 200C for 3 minutes
Arrange these slices in the fryer basket
Air fry them for 6-7 minutes or till they become
crispy
Serve warm!
