Paneer stuffed Pizza Roses

Sometimes it is boring to bake pizza the same traditional and a change is always welcome.Had bookmarked these cute pizza bites from Fauzia’s space and when these cute roses were served, kiddo was in all appreciation!!
INGREDIENTS
Makes 5 roses
Adapted from Fauzia’s Kitchen
FOR THE DOUGH
All purpose flour 1 cups
Instant yeast 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Water nearly 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
FOR THE FILLING
Paneer 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Chiili Flakes 1tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pizza Sauce 2tbsp
Mozarella cheese 2 tbsp
PREPARATION
Mix everything except oil to form a soft smooth Dough
Now add oil and knead again(10 minutes)
Transfer this to a greased bowl. Cover it loosely and let it double in volume nearly for 1 hr
Knock down the dough
Pinch the dough into 5 equal balls
Roll each ball into a small circle 1/4 ” of less in thickness approximately 4″ in diameter
Make 4 cuts on the edges as shown
Spread the pizza sauce on it .
Take equal portions of the filling and make it into balls. The moisture in it will hold it together
Keep one filling ball in the center
Take one flap/petal and cover it as shown
Next take the opposite flap and cover the first flap
Now take the adjacent one and cover the first two petals
Finally take the last petal and overlap the previous petals
Make sure all the petals are pinched at the sides so that it does not open during baking
Now add the grated cheese on top of each
Arrange them evenly on a prepared baking tray
cover it loosely with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 5 minutes
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200C
Brush these roses lightly with milk
Bake these beauties for 16-18 minutes or until it begins to brown
Take t out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack
Brush these with butter
