Gaur Gopal das a life coach, says that”Gratitude is not a feeling, it is a state of mind that can be developed, and it allows us to tap into a reservoir of unlimited positive energy”. I truly believe this. I am so grateful for everything that the Almighty has given me and for those things too for which he has not given me. If you are wondering as to why I am writing about gratitude in a food blog, the simple reason is this. Whenever I see some amazing recipes being shared by some well-known bakers who are professional, My heart fills with gratitude. If not for these people who selflessly share their recipes, we would not be baking such wonderful recipes at home with ease without the fear of the recipe being a failure, This eggfree brownie with condensed milk recipe is tried and tested by Anuja sule who is the moderator of Simple bakes happy bakes on facebook, and am so grateful for her for giving out such wonderful recipes. Thank you Anuja.
This is a very simple and interesting recipe. This bakes perfectly well. I must say a big thanks to my friend Valli as well. Though she bakes very often herself, never has she turned down my offer of sending the baked goodies for her. Thank you Valli
