    Potato Paneer Balls

These nutty balls have a wonderful texture and flavour. It is quite soft since the main ingredients are paneer and potato. The crunchiness that you get in every bite is due to the addition of coarse cashew powder. The spices like garam masala and chilli powder gives the flavour together with kasuri methi. If the next question is will it be a a laborious process?, then the answer is a big NO. You can dish out paneer potato balls quickly.

Paneer is such a versatile ingredient and you can use it an main ingredient in main course like Paneer butter masala, as a snack like paneer tikka, as a dip like as used in cucumber paneer bites or in a dessert as paneer kheer. The options are numerous. So here is my appetizer for the kids party. Do try this and see your kids enjoy the snack
