    Pumpkin oambal belongs to the assamese cuisine.     Cook the pumpkin in pressure cooker without water

    Mash the pumpkin.

    Heat the oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and when it crackles add all other ingredients and cook till the moisture is reduced and it comes together.

    Serve it with hot rice or roti.
