Here is another favourite ice cream which we all love , well except my chocoholic daughter. We like to pair it with vanilla ice cream and some butterscotch chips and I must say it is delicious. Preparation of this syrup is very easy if you have the butter and fresh cream available at home. Make sure you use a big pan as this syrup tends to boil and bubble more once the fresh cream is added. You can always avoid using the salt if you do not like it

Steps

1
Done

In a wide mouth pan add the sugar, heat it on medium flame and keep stirring. At a point it starts to liquify, now keep stirring till it dissolves completely and becomes golden brown in colour.

2
Done

Now reduce the flame and add the butter, continue to cook on low flame, stirring continuously till the butter dissolves completely

3
Done

Now add the fresh cream carefully and stir again and boil for a minute. switch off the fire. Let it cool completely before you serve it with pancake or Icecream
