Spicy Pizza Bread

I had bookmarked this bread from Preety’s blog as it was a savoury bread and I was sure my kiddo would love it. Made some changes in the flavouring and this lovely bread was baked
INGREDIENTS
All Purpose FlouR 1 1/2 Cups
Warm water 1/2 Cup
Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Olive Oil 2tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Toppings 1 cup(Green, Yellow, Red peppers and olives chopped)
Red chilli flakes 2tsp
Pizza seasoning 2tsp
PREPARATION
Mix the yeast and sugar in luke warm water. Let it froth up for 10-15 minutes
Meanwhile mix the flour, seasonings and salt
Now pour the yeast water mixture into this and mix it into a dough.
Now add the vegetables and knead well
WE SEE THAT THE DOUGH TURNS VERY STICKY
Now add the oil , knead for 1 minute and let it rest for it to double in a well oiled bowl. The dough will remain sticky
Take out the dough, shape it and transfer it to a prepared tray and let it double again.
WE SEE THAT SINCE THE DOUGH IS STICKY , IT TENDS TO FLATTEN OUT AND DOES NOT HOLD THE SHAPE. DO NOT ADD MORE DOUGH AS YOU WILL ALTER THE TEXTURE OF THE BREAD
Preheat the oven to 230 C
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until the surface starts to brown
Let it cool on a wire rack
Slice it and serve the colourful bread with some homemade Marinara
