Mango Papaya Orange Smoothie

This is a bright orange coloured smoothie prepared using tropical fruits like mango, papaya and orange which is high in nutrients and is a perfect summer cooler

  • 1/2 Cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 Cup Papaya pulp
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  • Take out the pulp of mango and papaya
  • Add all the ingredients to the jar of the blender and blend till smooth
  • Preferably cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve


You can make a vegan version of this recipe by substituting the milk with coconut milk or almond milk. 
Substitute the honey with sugar or coconut sugar
