Ingredients
  

  • 4 Carrots
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Green Peas
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the carrots. Dice the carrots into small pieces
  • Grate the ginger finely and keep aside
  • Switch on the Nutripot. Switch On the SAUTE MODE
  • Add oil to it and add the cumin seeds. Once the cumin starts to sizzle, add the grated ginger and sauté for few seconds.
  • Next add the carrot and peas and mix well
  • Now add the salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam
    masala. Mix well
  • Add 2 tbsp of water and mix well too
  • Now CANCEL the SAUTE MODE. Close the lid. Put the vent in SEAL position
  • Switch on the MANUAL MODE AND SET THE TIMER FOR 5 MINUTES
  • After 5 minutes it will go to KEEP WARM MODE. CANCEL IT. Let the pressure settle normally.
  • Add fresh coriander, mix and serve
