Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Moong dal
  • 1 Cup Bengal gram dal
  • 1 Cup Tuvar dal
  • 1/2 Cup cumin seeds
  • 3/4 Cup Daniya/ Coriander seeds
  • 1 Cup Black Peppercorn

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast all the ingredients lightly
  • Grind into a coarse powder
  • Store in air tight container

Notes

To make the kootu, use this kootu powder as suggested in chow chow kootu.
You can choose to use any vegetable to make the kootu
