Mix the Rava, gram flour, sugar and salt well
Now add the wet ingredients. Add curd, oil and mix well
Add the required oil and mix well.
Now add water and mix well
Add ginger-green chilly paste and mix well.
Grease the baking moulds well
Preheat the airfryer to 350C for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, heat oil for tempering and add the mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, keep it aside
Now take the batter, add the daniya jeera powder and mix well
Add the vegetables and the baking powder and give it a good whisk.
Pour it into the prepared mould and add the tempering, sprinkle sesame seeds and place a curry leaf on the top.
Bake it in the air fryer for 15 minutes. If it has not browned enough, you can bake for 2 more minutes
Transfer it to a cooling rack. When cooled down, unmould it and enjoy your handvo
