  • Air Fryer


  • 1/4 kg Bitter gourd
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • To Taste Salt


  • Cut the ends of the bittergourd and remove theseeds. Cut the bittergourd into thin rings. Now mix all the other ingredients with this.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 200C for 4 minutes
  • Now add the mix bittergourd and air fry it for 5minutes.
  • Mix once and again air fry it for another 4-5minutes or until it turns crisp.
  • Serve with rice and sambhar or can serve as a snack.
