Pavakkai chips in air fryer
- 1/4 kg Bitter gourd
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- To Taste Salt
Cut the ends of the bittergourd and remove theseeds. Cut the bittergourd into thin rings. Now mix all the other ingredients with this.
Preheat the air fryer at 200C for 4 minutes
Now add the mix bittergourd and air fry it for 5minutes.
Mix once and again air fry it for another 4-5minutes or until it turns crisp.
Serve with rice and sambhar or can serve as a snack.
