Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Vermicelli
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1.5 Cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Few Cashew
  • Few Raisins

Instructions
 

  • I have used the roasted vermicelli. Hence I will skip the step of roasting it.
  • Add ghee to the inner pot and put the instant pot in a saute mode
  • Now add the cashew nuts and saute for a minute. It will start to brown.
  • Now add the raisins and saute it. It will plump up well
  • Take out both of these and keep it aside
  • CANCEL THE SAUTE MODE.
  • Now add the vermicelli to the inner pot
  • Now add the vermicelli to the inner pot
  • Now add the water and cardamom powder
  • Now close the lid.
  • Put the vent in the SEAL position
  • Pressure cook it on HIGH for 1 MINUTE
  • Let the pressure settle naturally
  • Remove the lid carefully and mix well
  • Add the fried nuts, mix well and serve warm
