Give a twist to your regular dosai and make this crispy and tasty dosa waffle. Perfect when served with an array of chutneys for breakfast
- 1 Cup Dosa Batter
- 2 Tsp Oil
Clean the waffle iron. Grease it with cooking oil.
Heat the waffle iron or the sandwich maker with the waffle mould.
Once it is heated and the lights turns green showing the waffle iron is ready, pour the saddle full of the batter in each of the four quadrants.
Close it and set it to high heat and let it cook till crispy
Once it is ready the light turns green again
Take it out carefully and serve warm with coconut chutney or chutney of your choice
- Any waffle iron can be used.
- You can use the waffle mould in a sandwich maker too
- Preheat it to the required temperature before pouring the batter
- Add vegetables like grated carrot, cabbage and onion to make it more interesting
