Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sprouted moong beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onions and tomatoes finely
  • Heat the oil in the pressure pan and add the cumin seeds. When it starts to sizzle , add the cut onions, tomatoes, moong sprouts
  • Now add all the dry powders and mix well
  • Pour 1 cup water, mix well and close with the lid and put the weight on
  • Cook in high upto 3 whistles. Switch off the flame. Let the pressure settle down fully
  • Open the cooker carefully. Add the milk and cream and mix well. Heat on low for 2 minutes
  • Switch off the fireServe warm with roti’s
