Creamy Sprouted Moong Subzi

- 1 Cup Sprouted moong beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- To Taste Salt
Cut the onions and tomatoes finely
Heat the oil in the pressure pan and add the cumin seeds. When it starts to sizzle , add the cut onions, tomatoes, moong sprouts
Now add all the dry powders and mix well
Pour 1 cup water, mix well and close with the lid and put the weight on
Cook in high upto 3 whistles. Switch off the flame. Let the pressure settle down fully
Open the cooker carefully. Add the milk and cream and mix well. Heat on low for 2 minutes
Switch off the fireServe warm with roti’s
