Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 3 Cucumber
  • 1/4 Cup Green chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup Paneer/Feta
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Sumac
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • To taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice all the vegetables evenly and transfer it to a bowl
  • Crumble the paneer and mix well with vegetables
  • Add olive oil, sumac, pepper powder and salt and mix well and serve

Notes

  • Use feta instead of paneer
  • use dried, soaked and cooked chickpea instead of fresh ones
