1 Onion 10 Cherry tomatoes 1 Red pepper 3 Cucumber 1/4 Cup Green chickpeas 1/3 cup Paneer/Feta 2 tsp Olive oil 1 Lemon 1 tbsp Sumac 1 tsp Pepper powder To taste salt
Dice all the vegetables evenly and transfer it to a bowl
Crumble the paneer and mix well with vegetables
Add olive oil, sumac, pepper powder and salt and mix well and serve
Use feta instead of paneer
use dried, soaked and cooked chickpea instead of fresh ones
