Dice the tomatoes and green chillies into small pieces. Grate the ginger and mango ginger
Heat oil in a pan. I have used coconut oil
Add panch poran and saute for a few seconds
Next, add the grated ginger and red chillies and saute for a few seconds
Now add the diced tomatoes, green chillies, green peas and turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the tomatoes turn mushy and the peas are cooked
Once the green peas is cooked add the coconut, mango ginger, jaggery, salt and roasted cumin powder and cook till everything comes together
