Punjabi Carrot Peas curry is a dry curry with the subtle flavours of coriander powder and garam masala from punjab and cooked in wonderchef nutripot.

- 4 Carrots
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Green Peas
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Water
Wash and peel the carrots. Dice the carrots into small pieces
Grate the ginger finely and keep aside
Switch on the Nutripot. Switch On the SAUTE MODE
Add oil to it and add the cumin seeds. Once the cumin starts to sizzle, add the grated ginger and sauté for few seconds.
Next add the carrot and peas and mix well
Now add the salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam
masala. Mix well
Add 2 tbsp of water and mix well too
Now CANCEL the SAUTE MODE. Close the lid. Put the vent in SEAL position
Switch on the MANUAL MODE AND SET THE TIMER FOR 5 MINUTES
After 5 minutes it will go to KEEP WARM MODE. CANCEL IT. Let the pressure settle normally.
Add fresh coriander, mix and serve
