Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes finely. Chop the strawberries into 2
Chop the red pepper into cubes. Add 1 tsp oil and a little salt to it. Mix well and arrange it on the tray of the airfryer
Air-fry the pepper at 200C for 5-6 mins to get the roasted peppers with the charred look. If you do not want charing, roast it for less time
Heat oil in the inner vessel of Nutri-pot in the saute mode
Add bay leaf, chopped onion and garlic and saute for few seconds
Next add the tomatoes and continue sauteeing for another few seconds
Add the roasted peppers and strawberry, mix well.
Cancel the saute mode. Add vegetable stock /water and salt. Close the lid and switch on the soup mode.
Once the pressure has released, remove the bay leaf and blend it with a blender.
Transfer it to a serving bowl. Add the required amount of pepper powder to spice it up,op it with fresh strawberry and some nuts and enjoy your meal
