Wash the moringa leaves and keep aside. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the ginger into small pieces
Pressure cook the green gram dal and keep aside
Pressure cook the moringa pieces in enough water up to 2 whistles. Let it cool down. Then scoop out the pulp and grind it into a smooth paste
In a pan add the tomatoes and moringa leaves with some water and cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes or until the leaves are cooked. Now add the cooked dal, ginger more water and mix well and cook on low flame.
Now add the moringa paste, salt pepper and the some more water to get the required consistency. Cook for 3 minutes. Switch off the fire and servw warm
