Ingredients
  

  • 4 Drumstick
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Green gram dal/ Moong Dal
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Drumstick leaves
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the moringa into 3" pieces
  • Wash the moringa leaves and keep aside. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Chop the ginger into small pieces
  • Pressure cook the green gram dal and keep aside
  • Pressure cook the moringa pieces in enough water up to 2 whistles. Let it cool down. Then scoop out the pulp and grind it into a smooth paste
  • In a pan add the tomatoes and moringa leaves with some water and cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes or until the leaves are cooked. Now add the cooked dal, ginger more water and mix well and cook on low flame.
  • Now add the moringa paste, salt pepper and the some more water to get the required consistency. Cook for 3 minutes. Switch off the fire and servw warm
