Ingredients
  

FOR THE CAKE

  • 150 gms Butter
  • 300 gms Sugar
  • 500 gms Wheat flour
  • 250 gms Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Baking soda

FOR THE ICING

  • 50 gms Butter
  • 500 gms Icing sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Strong coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sprinkles

Instructions
 

FOR THE CAKE

  • Preheat the oven to 200C
  • Beat the butter and sugar till creamy. Add the vinegar and milk and beat well
  • Now mix in the dry ingredients
  • Transfer this to a shallow tin lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 200 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the center

FOR THE ICING

  • Whisk all the ingredients well into a smooth ixture
  • Transfer the cake to a cooling rack.
  • Spread the icing on the cake after it has cooled down a little. Cut into squares. Top it with the colourful sprinkles and serve
