Instant pot spicy and sweet mango chutney is a delectable chutney made from raw mangoes with a perfect mixture of sweetness and spice which pairs well with breads and flat breads.
Finally, add the cumin powder and mix well. Close with a lid and let it rest for 1/2 hour
In 1/2 hour, the juice from the raw mango will ooze out and mix with the spices.
Now switch on the instant pot. Put it in the pressure cook mode for 3 minutes. Transfer this mixture to it. Close it with the lid. Keep the vent in sealing position and cook pressure cook for three minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
After the pressure has released, open the lid carefully, mix well. This will be the consistency of the chutney. Leave it in the pot for cooling and it will solid further.
