Heat oil in a pan
Add onion and garlic and saute till it becomestransaparent.
Now add bay leaf, red chilli, mango puree and cookfor 3 minutes on low flame
Now add sugar, salt, lemon juice and continue tocook for few more minutes in low flame
Remove from fire and let it cool completelyD anddiscard the bay leaf
Blend this sauce in a blender into a smooth sauceMix cornflour in water
Add the sauce to a pan, and add the cornflour waterand cook for 3-4 minutes
Transfer the sauce to a container and store inrefrigerator
