Mango Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 2 Cups Mango Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add onion and garlic and saute till it becomestransaparent.
  • Now add bay leaf, red chilli, mango puree and cookfor 3 minutes on low flame
  • Now add sugar, salt, lemon juice and continue tocook for few more minutes in low flame
  • Remove from fire and let it cool completelyD anddiscard the bay leaf
  • Blend this sauce in a blender into a smooth sauceMix cornflour in water
  • Add the sauce to a pan, and add the cornflour waterand cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Transfer the sauce to a container and store inrefrigerator
