Mango orange Gazpacho
Veena
- 2 Cups Mango
- 1 Orange
- Few Mint leaves
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Cut the onion into small pieces
Transfer onion, mint, cucumber to the mixer jar and blend well
Now add the mango pieces, orange juice, olive oil, water, sugar and salt and blend until smooth
Serve chilled
