Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Gram dal
  • 1 Green chilly
  • 1 Cup Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coconut
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the cucumber in small pieces
  • Soak the gram dal in water for 1-2 hr
  • Drain it completely
  • Transfer the chilli, soaked gram dal and salt to a jar of the blender
  • Run the blender in pulses to grind it coarsely
  • Transfer it to a serving jar.
  • Add the finely cut cucumber, lemon juice and coconut to this. Mix well and serve
  • empering with mustard is optional

Notes

NOTE: Add the cucumber just before serving as it tends to leave out water
