Soak rajma in enough water overnight
Dice the onions, ginger and garlic finely
Chop the tomatoes finely, puree it and keep aside
Preheat the nutri-pot in saute mode
Add butter to it and once it melts add the finely chopped ginger, green chillies and garlic and saute for few seconds
Now add the finely cut onions and saute till it turns brown
Add the tomato puree and cook till the fat seperates
Now add the turmeric powder, chillipowder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes
Add the drained rajma beans and 1 1/2 cups of water. Mix well
Cancel the saute mode. Press the Rajma mode. I usually change the pressure setting to HIgh
Cook for 45 minutes and let the pressure settle naturally
Add fresh coriander and serve warm with steamed brown rice
