Chops all the dry fruits and keep aside
Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp of warm milk and keep aside
Switch on the Nutri-Pot.
Once the pot is hot, Add ghee to the inner pot
Once the ghee is hot, add almonds, cashew, raisins, pistachios, and chironji and saute for few seconds
Now add the chopped dates, saute for few seconds
Now crush the vermicelli and add to it and mix well
Now add just 2 cups of milk and mix well. Rest of the milk can be added after the cooking process is over as the kheer tends to get thick after cooking
Cancel The saute mode. Close the lid, Keep the vent in the close position and switch on the nutripot in MANUAL MODE FOR 5 MINUTES. After 5 minutes, cancel the keep warm mode and let the pressure relaease normally
Now open the lid, mix well, Add sugar, cardamom powder and the saffron milk and mix well. Add more milk and adjust the consistency. Serve warm.
