Wash and cut the tomatoes finely
Switch On the Nutripot. Press the saute mode ON
Add oil to the inner pot. Then add mustard seeds and asafoetida
Once the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add the cut tomatoes
Now add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well cancel the saute mode
Close the lid of the nutri-pot. Keep the vent in the seal position. Press the manual mode and pressure cook for 20 minutes,
Once the 20 minutes is over, it will go into keep warm mode. cancel that. Let the pressure settle. Open the lid and you will see lot of liquid in the thokku
Now press the saute mode again and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the fenugreek powder and mix well.
At the end of 10 minutes you will get a thick delicious spicy tomato thokku. If there is more moisture left saute it for another 5 minute
