Eggless tutti frutti cake is a very soft and spongy vanilla cake studded with colourful tutti frutti and can be baked very easily at home.

- 1.5 Cups All purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Tutti Frutti
- 1.25 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla essence
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour to the tutty fruity and mix well so that it coats uniformly
Grease an 8” cake pan
Beat curd and sugar together till creamy
Add baking powder and baking soda and whisk well.
Keep it aside for 5 minutes for it to froth. You will a lot of bubble formation.
Now add the vanilla and the oil and beat well
Fold in the flour
Now add the tutty fruitti and mix.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Transfer it to a cooling rack.
After it cools down a little, invert it on a cooling rack and let it cool completely
Once completely cool, slice it and enjoy the colourful tutti frutti cake.
