Mango coconut chia seed pudding

A quick nocook vegan dessert with rich luscious mangoes combined with the goodness of chia.

- 2 Mangoes
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
Mix almond milk, coconut milk , honey and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hr
Now keep the bowl in the refrigerator for another 3 hours or over night
Cut the mangoes pieces and alternatively arrange layers of mangoes and chia mixture. Serve cold
