1 Cup Vermicelli 3/4 Cup Sugar 1.5 Cups Water 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 1 tbsp Ghee Few Cashew Few Raisins
I have used the roasted vermicelli. Hence I will skip the step of roasting it.
Add ghee to the inner pot and put the instant pot in a saute mode
Now add the cashew nuts and saute for a minute. It will start to brown.
Now add the raisins and saute it. It will plump up well
Take out both of these and keep it aside
CANCEL THE SAUTE MODE.

Now close the lid.
Put the vent in the SEAL position
Pressure cook it on HIGH for 1 MINUTE
Let the pressure settle naturally
Remove the lid carefully and mix well
Add the fried nuts, mix well and serve warm
