- 1/2 Cup Pearl millet flour
- 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 Cup Pudina Leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- As required Water
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180C
LINE THE BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER/ GREASE THE BAKING TRAY
Mix the flours, pepper powder, salt and pudina in a bowl.
Add oil to it and mix well
Add required amount of water and knead it into a soft dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes
Pinch the dough into three equal sized balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle. Cut with cookie cutter or in required shape and size
Place it on the baking tray. Prick with fork. Apply little oil on each
Bake for 12-15 minutes or till it becomes crisp.
Transfer to a cooling rack
When completely cool, store it in airtight container
