Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Pearl millet flour
  • 1/2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 Cup Pudina Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • As required Water

Instructions
 

  • PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180C
  • LINE THE BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER/ GREASE THE BAKING TRAY
  • Mix the flours, pepper powder, salt and pudina in a bowl.
  • Add oil to it and mix well
  • Add required amount of water and knead it into a soft dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • Pinch the dough into three equal sized balls.
  • Roll each ball into a thin circle. Cut with cookie cutter or in required shape and size
  • Place it on the baking tray. Prick with fork. Apply little oil on each
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or till it becomes crisp.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack
  • When completely cool, store it in airtight container
