Ingredients
  

FOR THE LYCHEE JUICE

  • 1 Cup Lychee
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Water

FOR THE ICED TEA

  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Tea powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Lemon
  • Few Ice cubes

Instructions
 

FOR THE LYCHEE JUICE

  • Chop the lychee and combine with sugar and grind it into a paste withminimum water. Strain it and keep aside

FOR THE TEA CONCENTRATE

  • Now boil water with the sugar till the sugar dissolves. Add the tea powder and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Switch off the fire. Let it cool completely. Now add the lemon juice, strain it and chill it in the refrigerator.

TO SERVE

  • To serve, add lots of ice cubes to the serving glass, top it with ¾ th glass of ice tea and add the fruit juice to it. Add some fresh fruits too and enjoy this flavourful summer drink
