Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Cucumber small
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • Few Mint leaves
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chia seeds in ½ cup of water for 10 minutes
  • Scoop out the flesh from the avocado. Cut the cucumber into small pieces
  • Transfer the cucumber, avocado, green chilli, mintleaves and yogurt to the blender jar. Blend till smooth and creamy
  • Add the required amount of water to get theconsistency required
  • Transfer it to the tall glass, top it with the soaked chia seeds and serve
