- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cucumber small
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- Few Mint leaves
- To Taste Salt
Soak the chia seeds in ½ cup of water for 10 minutes
Scoop out the flesh from the avocado. Cut the cucumber into small pieces
Transfer the cucumber, avocado, green chilli, mintleaves and yogurt to the blender jar. Blend till smooth and creamy
Add the required amount of water to get theconsistency required
Transfer it to the tall glass, top it with the soaked chia seeds and serve
