Cucumber Mint Gazpacho

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Mint
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow pepper
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Remove the skin of the cucumber. Slice it
  • Remove the pulp from the ripe avocado
  • Add the washed mint leaves, cut cumber, yogurt, avocado, salt and 1 cup of water to the blender ja
  • Blend everything together into a smooth paste. Transfer it to the serving bowls. top it with cut peppers. Serve chilled
