Cucumber Mint Gazpacho

- 4 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 4 tbsp Mint
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 Tbsp Yellow pepper
- To Taste Salt
Remove the skin of the cucumber. Slice it
Remove the pulp from the ripe avocado
Add the washed mint leaves, cut cumber, yogurt, avocado, salt and 1 cup of water to the blender ja
Blend everything together into a smooth paste. Transfer it to the serving bowls. top it with cut peppers. Serve chilled
