Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Jackfruit Fresh and ripe
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk Thick

Instructions
 

  • Add the jackfruit pieces to a pan with 1 cup water and cook till it becomes soft. Cool it compleletly. Puree it
  • Now in a big bowl add all the ingredients and whisk well till it becomes creamy
  • Transfer it to a frozen icecream container and freeze it for 4 hrs. I froze it overnight
  • Serve with fresh jackfruit pieces
