Jackfruit Icecream
Veena
- 1 Cup Jackfruit Fresh and ripe
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk Thick
Add the jackfruit pieces to a pan with 1 cup water and cook till it becomes soft. Cool it compleletly. Puree it
Now in a big bowl add all the ingredients and whisk well till it becomes creamy
Transfer it to a frozen icecream container and freeze it for 4 hrs. I froze it overnight
Serve with fresh jackfruit pieces
