Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup White sesame seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Jaggery
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the sesame seeds or til till it starts to splutter. Transfer it to a plate and let it cool
  • In a pan add the 2 tsp ghee and the jaggery and cook it on low flame till the jaggery melts and start to form a slurry like consistency.
  • Now switch off the heat and add the roasted til or sesame seeds. Mix well
  • Grease a wooden board of the back side of the plate with he remaining ghee
  • Cut it into squares of sizes of your choice with a greased knife
  • Store it in an airtight box
