Egg-free whole wheat coconut biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 Cup Dessicated coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180C

    LINE THE BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

    • Cream the butter and jaggery till smooth
    • Add whole wheat flour and salt and mix well. It will resemble bread crumbs now
    • Slowly add the milk and dessicated coconut and knead into a soft dough. Add more milk if necessary
    • Pinch small balls and flatten it a little. Pat some dessicated coconut on the top of each.
    • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until it starts to brown
    • Transfer it to a cooling tray. When completely cool, store in air tight container
