Coarsely powder the pepper and cumin
Heat the ghee in a base of a pressure pan. Add the cashew and fry till it becomes brown. Take it out and keep aside
To this add the moong dal and fry on low flame for 3-4 minutes
Add the washed rava, water and milk. Mix well
Add the ginger, salt and curry leaves.
Add the coarsely crushed pepper and cumin. Mix well
Close the lid and cook for 3-4 whistles. Let the pressure subside
Open the lid. Mash well. add the fried cashew, Mix well and serve with gothsu
