Ingredients
  

  • 1 Orange Carrot
  • 1 Black Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Paneer
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 6 Salt Biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander For garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Crush the biscuits coarsely. Mix it with ghee. Keep aside
  • Grate the carrots and keep it aside
  • Beat paneer with cream cheese, chili flakes, and salt till smooth and silky
  • Layer the bottom of the shot glass with biscuits.I used 2 tsp of this mixture
  • Next, add a layer of orange carrot and press it down well, with the back off a spoon
  • Now spoon a layer of the paneer mixture and level it carefully
  • Next, layer it with grated black carrot
  • Again spoon a mixture of paneer.
  • Finally, garnish it with biscuit crumbs and coriander. Serve chilled
