Crush the biscuits coarsely. Mix it with ghee. Keep aside
Grate the carrots and keep it aside
Beat paneer with cream cheese, chili flakes, and salt till smooth and silky
Layer the bottom of the shot glass with biscuits.I used 2 tsp of this mixture
Next, add a layer of orange carrot and press it down well, with the back off a spoon
Now spoon a layer of the paneer mixture and level it carefully
Next, layer it with grated black carrot
Again spoon a mixture of paneer.
Finally, garnish it with biscuit crumbs and coriander. Serve chilled
