Chop the spring onions and tomatoes finely and keep aside
Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add onions and garlic and saute for 1 minute
Next add the onion greens and saute for few seconds. Add the tomatoes and further saute in low heat for 1 minute
Now add the green peas, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and fenugreek powder and mix well
Add water and salt and mix well. Close the lid, put the weight on and cook for 3 whistles
When the pressure has released, open the pan, and boil it for a while till the moisture is absorbed. Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
