Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh peas
  • 10 Spring Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Corinader powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop the spring onions and tomatoes finely and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add onions and garlic and saute for 1 minute
  • Next add the onion greens and saute for few seconds. Add the tomatoes and further saute in low heat for 1 minute
  • Now add the green peas, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and fenugreek powder and mix well
  • Add water and salt and mix well. Close the lid, put the weight on and cook for 3 whistles
  • When the pressure has released, open the pan, and boil it for a while till the moisture is absorbed. Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
