Cook the green peas till soft in a pressure cooker till soft and not mushy. 2 whistles should be sufficient
Add oil to a pan and when sufficiently hot, add the onions, ginger, garlic and sauté till it becomes transparent!
Now add the cut tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
Now continue to saute and add all the dry masala powders and salt and cook it for 2 minutes
Switch off the fire and let it cool completely
Transfer this to a blender jar and grind it into a smooth paste
Add 1 tsp oil to the panand pour the ground paste to this and cook for few minutes.
Add the cooked green peas and mix well. Cook till everything comes together . Swutch off the fire. Transfer this to a serving bowl. Add fresh coriander and serve warm with roti of your choice
