BEETROOT PANEER TIKKI

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Grated Beetroot
  • 1/2 Cup Paneer
  • 1 Sweet potato medium sized
  • 1/4 Cup Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Grate the beetroot and paneer finely.
  • Wash the sweet potato very well.
  • Steam it or cook it well. I have cooked it in the cooker for 3 whistles. Do not use the microwave oven for this as it will make it rubbery.
  • Gather all other ingredients together.
  • Mix everything well to form a soft dough like mixture.
  • Pinch small balls from this and make it into small patties as shown.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 7 minutes at 180C.
  • I brush the base of the basket with some oil. This step is optional.
  • Arrange the patties as shown. Then brush the patties with little oil and air fry them for 4 minutes. Flip them now, and then again air fry for another 3 minutes or until it starts to brown a little on the top and becomes firm.
  • Serve warm with the chutney of your choice.
