Grate the beetroot and paneer finely.
Wash the sweet potato very well.
Steam it or cook it well. I have cooked it in the cooker for 3 whistles. Do not use the microwave oven for this as it will make it rubbery.
Gather all other ingredients together.
Mix everything well to form a soft dough like mixture.
Pinch small balls from this and make it into small patties as shown.
Preheat the air fryer for 7 minutes at 180C.
I brush the base of the basket with some oil. This step is optional.
Arrange the patties as shown. Then brush the patties with little oil and air fry them for 4 minutes. Flip them now, and then again air fry for another 3 minutes or until it starts to brown a little on the top and becomes firm.
Serve warm with the chutney of your choice.
