100% Whole wheat Bread

When suhaina blogged about the whole wheat bread, I wanted
to try it immediately and am happy that I tried.
INGREDIENTS

Whole
wheat flour
3
cups
Active
Dry yeast
1
1/4tsp
Sugar
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Honey
1/4cup
Vital
wheat gluten
2tbsp
Milk
Powder
2tbsp
Salted
Butter
2tbsp
Water
3/4
cup or more
Olive
oil
1tbsp
 
PREPARATION
In half cup of luke warm water add sugar and yeast
and keep it aside for 10 minutes for it to froth up
In a bowl of the food processor add the whole wheat
flour,milk powder, gluten,salt and whisk well
Attach the dough hook and add the yeast mixture to
it and start kneading
Now add the butter and salt and add the rest of the
water to it and knead for nearly 7 minutes
Take it out and transfer it to a well greased  bowl. Cover it with a cling wrap and let it
rise in a warm place for 1 ½ hour
Take out the dough after it has risen, shape it into
a loaf and transfer this to a greased 9*5 loaf tin
Cover it loosely and let it rise again for an hour
Preheat the oven to 180C
Bake for 30 minutes

Transfer this to a wire rack and slice when
completely cooled
