Eggless Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

Hi
For the bloghop this week , I am paired with Ridhimma. I loved her space, but what caught my attention are her Brownie cupcakes. With a chocoholic at home, I am always on the lookout for chocolate recipes and found one.
INGREDIENTS
Original recipe is HERE
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Sugar(Powdered) 3/4cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Curd 1 cup
Coffee powder 1tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Walnuts 1/4 cup
Choco chips 2 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder and cofee powder together.
Mix oil, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and keep aside for ten minutes.
Combine both of these mixtures in a bowl along with the curd and beat well.
Add the chopped walnuts and choco chips to the batter.
Prepare the muffin tray with paper liners or grease it.
Scoop the batter into the muffin liners upto 3/4th its volume.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and see if done by inserting a skewer.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Enjoy the treat:).Linking this to Blog Hop wednesday #18 By radhika
