Mor Keerai

 Another healthy dish which features in many tamilian
homes is this mor keerai. The greens that I have used is spinach, we can use aria
keerai or mulai keerai too.

INGREDIENTS
Spinach
2
bunches
Coconut
1/4
cup
Curds
1/2cup
Green
chillies
2
Cumin
seeds
1tsp
Rice
flour
1tbsp
Oil
1tsp
Mustard
seeds
1tsp
Red
chillies
2
PREPARATION
Pick only the spinach leaves. Wash well, cut  and cook it till soft. Drain the water and
grind it into coarse paste.
Grind the coconut, cumin seeds, green chillies and
rice flour into a smooth paste.
Ina bowl, mix the spinach, ground paste,curds and
salt.
Heat it just for a minute. Should not be boiled

Now heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once
it splutters add the red chillies  and
pour this seasoning over the mor keerai just prepared. Serve with aloo and rice
