Panchamrutham

For Ganesh Chaturthi, abhishekam at our Luz pillayar
koil is a must. And having his darshan the prasdam is something what my
daughter waits for. Here in this temple it is a mixed fruit panchamrutham with
some fruits like dates, cashew and raisins. I have tried to recreate and it
tastes nearly the same.
INGREDIENTS
Karpuravalli
Banana
12
Apple
1
Guava
2
Dates
12
Cashew
Handful
Raisins
Handful
Jaggery
3
cups
Ghee
2
tbsp
Honey
3tbsp
Cardamom
Powder
¼
tsp
 
PREPARATION
Cut all the fruits into tiny cubes.
Mix all the fruits, jaggery, ghee,honey and cardamom
powder

Offer it to Ganapathy and enjoy it

Hello, thks fr sharing this recipe but if karpuravalli banana is not available wat is the substitute to get the same flavour.
