Eggless Microwave Brownie

 For the second day Of BM#20 I chose to cook these brownies from Kamalika’s blog.Yes you read it correct, cook not bake;-) Can you imagine that you can get a dessert in just few minutes???well, hop over to Kamalika’s blog to see some wonderful recipes
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour    1 cup
Cocoa powder       3tbsp
Condensed milk      200 gms
Butter                    1/2 cup
Baking powder       1/4 tsp
Ripe banana            1
Salt                      a pinch
Sugar                   2tsp
Walnuts                2tbsp

PREPARATION
Melt the butter in microwave for 1 minute.Mix the condensed millk with this and blend it smooth.
Now add the mashed banana to this and mix well.Add sugar and blend well again
In another bowl, sift the flour,baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingrdients to the butter mixture and blend well
Transfer this to a greased microsafe dish(could use butter paper too)
Microwave it for 4 minutes in MICRO HIGH MODE
Let it   REST FOR 2 MORE MINUTES
cut and serve the brownies!!!1
NOTE: THE TIMING WILL CHANGE FROM EACH MODEL OF THE MICROWAVE.
