Chilli Baby-Corn
I was wondering what i could prepare for day 5 of BM#4– an event by srivalli.I could not bake anything yesterday as we have a power shut down in Chennai. Can you imagine our plight……..Summer and no Power…….Let alone bake anything, i did not even cook properly!!!!The time between Morning 9 to evening 5 seemed to stretch endlessly.Every now and then i looked up at the fan but it glared back at me dumbly…..Na……i guess it thought i was dumb enough to look at it when there was no power….GOD!!!!!!!!look at me !!i have started talking with the inanimate things around me….hmmmmmmm i guess i am so addicted to this called ELECTRICITY!!!!and without that I AM LOST!!!!! well, When finally the fan moaned into motion i decided to cook some quick snack and Vibha was very happy to see me picking up the baby corn.I had bookmarked this recipe and have tried this many times. This recipe is definitely a keeper
